Online Auction Process
  1. Pitkin County uses Public Surplus to manage the sale of county assets.
  2. Visit the Public Surplus Account.
  3. Notice of Award will be sent to highest bidder via email, and an email will be sent to all other bidders with end confirmation.
  4. All items will be picked up here at the Public Works Office.
  5. All payments will be handled through Public Surplus.  Please see payment guide on the Public Surplus website.
