CARES ACT UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT APPLICATIONS
The State of Colorado is now taking This includes gig workers, independent contractors, self-employed and those who are out of work directly related to COVID-19 including caring for a child whose school is closed or someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

FEDERAL COVID-19 ECONOMIC IMPACT PAYMENTS
AKA "Stimulus Checks"
The United States Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service today (4/30/2020) announced that the distribution of economic impact payments will begin in the next three weeks and will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people. However, some taxpayers who typically do not file returns will need to submit a simple tax return to receive the economic impact payment.
