    To better ensure efficient delivery service and timely response by emergency service providers, physical addresses are required for all home sites and businesses in Pitkin County. Please use this form to request the update of an existing address. This form is not for updating a mailing address. Please see links on Services page for mailing address updates.

    Pitkin County requires that all roads which serve three (3) or more addressable structures shall be named regardless of whether the ownership is public or private. Please select how this address will be accessed. If this will be the third address accessed by an un-named driveway, it must be named and addressed as a road before any additional addresses will be issued by Pitkin County.
  4. Please specify the number of Addressable Structures currently on the affected parcel.
  5. Please upload any site plan or plat that you may have. If it is a paper copy please note in Reason for Request. If you do not have a site plan, please create one using the below link to Pitkin Maps & More.
