Commissioner Woodruff is an architect focused on sensitivity to the land, materials and style of the place, paired with intrinsic awareness in the value of conservation. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey traded money markets and derivatives and was a financial services software executive. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He received his Masters of Architecture from University of Colorado, Denver. Jeffrey is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. Jeffrey was appointed by the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Public Safety and the American Institute of Architects to serve on the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code Board.
